• Delivery is considered complete when the materials are handed over to the recipient or left at the specified location.
• Ensure accurate delivery information; we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details provided by you.

• Returns are accepted for unused and undamaged items within 2 hours of delivery.
• Custom or special orders may not be eligible for return.
• Refunds will be processed after verifying the returned items and may take 14 business days.
