Return Policy

You may return items if they meet the following conditions:

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is initiated within 2 hours from the date of delivery.
• The product includes all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that came with it.

Note : ertain items, such as cement, aggregates, and customized materials, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

We cannot accept returns for the following:

• Perishable or time-sensitive materials (e.g., cement, sand)
• Products that have been installed, altered, or used.
• Custom or special-order items that are tailored to specific requirements.
• Clearance or sale items, unless defective.

2. Approval : Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, including the return address.
3. Shipping

Approved returns will be processed within 14 business daysafter the item is inspected.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Restocking fees of 5% may apply for certain items.

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Notify us within 2 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos of the damage, along with details of the issue.
• We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

• Ensure accurate details when placing the order, as incorrect orders caused by customer errors may not be eligible for returns.
• Maintain the condition of the product and packaging until the return process is complete.
